Domestic Shipping USA
We offer FREE Shipping within the U.S on all orders over $100.00, This includes every item whether it's a couple t-shirt's or a frame and a stack of tires, it's FREE over $100.00. Free shipping is subject to USPS First Class, Parcel, Priority, or UPS Ground and is based off of item weight and location of you the customer. Free Shipping is typically sent the cheapest way possible, if you would like your item shipped a certain way or by a certain company please select and pay for that method.
All of our items ship by USPS or UPS. All of our shipping rates are based off of item weight and package dimensions.
In some cases we will split your order into separate packages, especially if you order a bunch of items from us. We ship from warehouses all around the US so if an item is located in California and so are you, chances are that one item will get sent straight to you from California, and the other parts will ship from separate locations...this is just an example, if this happens you will be notified by email, along with the additional tracking numbers.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship worldwide. All of our international shipments either ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on item weight or shipping method you chose. USPS First Class is the cheapest shipping method when sending an international package, that also means it is the slowest. First Class can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the destination. USPS Priority shipments typically take 7 to 10 business days.
All International Shipments can take 1-5 business days for processing, as all international shipments/ items will need to be shipped from our primary location.
When shipping international items we will not lower the items value on the customs form to save you on import duties and taxes, this is illegal and we wont do it.
Returns are simple at Deadbeat Customs:
- You can return new/unworn items only, for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- All Returns must be shipped back to our primary location, please do not ship returns back to the manufacturer.
- Any return that does not include original packaging, shows signs of use...think helmets being worn, dirt, scuffing, parts being installed/ mounted, clothes that smell, have been washed, etc. will not be accepted.
- Buyer pays Return Shipping (you are refunded original purchase total).
Return Process With Deadbeat Customs Account:
If you created an account when you purchased your items from us then returning an item from Deadbeat Customs is simple. All you have to do is login to your account and view your completed orders. Within your completed orders you will see a large box marked "Return." Simply follow the steps after clicking the Return Box and your Return will be authorized.
Once your return is authorized please mail the item back to us to receive your refund.
Return Process If You Used Guest Checkout:
If you checked out using our Guest Checkout please mark your return package as "Return" and include your order number and full name inside the package. The return needs to be shipped back to our address in Tewksbury, Ma please do not ship the item back to the manufacturer.

Please make sure your returned item is well packaged when sending it back to us. Any item that is damaged due to improper packaging when returning will not be accepted.
Refund will be given as money back by the way that you originally paid. If you paid with a debit card, then your debit card will be refunded. If you paid with Paypal, then you will be refunded in Paypal.
- If you would like to exchange the item you ordered please open a return request for the original item ordered and then order the correct size you wish.
- Once we receive the return your refund for the original item ordered will be refunded.
